The Association meets at 7.30 pm fortnightly, normally on a Wednesday night, from October to May, in the Blackpool Sixth Form Centre, Blackpool Old Road, Blackpool.

The meetings consist of Travel Talks with slides, provided by both local speakers and speakers who are professional authors, broadcasters, photographers and travellers; we have a refreshment break and the meetings finish about 9.45 pm. The Association has been in existence for 53 years.

Membership is £10 for 14 meetings. Visitors may pay at the door for a fee of £3 per meeting.
